Broad Horizons Counseling Collective, also doing business as Pacific Assessments and Counseling, is a group of licensed therapists providing Telehealth and in-person sessions to clients in the state of California. Our mission is to provide accessible, quality, affordable care to clients while offering collaboration and support for our therapists.
